The inspiration behind Modern Properties came from years of working with individuals and families navigating major life transitions. Through experience in housing, customer service, operations, and case management, our founder repeatedly witnessed how disruptive housing uncertainty can be.

Modern Properties was created to bridge the gap between housing and hospitality. We believe temporary housing should feel less temporary. We believe hospitality should be intentional. And we believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel at home.
